Schedule a call with me to discuss the borrower's basic details and what they need.

I call them the same day.

I reach out to the client within one-two business days, run the numbers, and keep you copied on major milestones (pre-approval, appraisal, clear-to-close).

We close it.

The client gets financed. You get the update. Your relationship with them stays intact.

The client comes back to you.

Next time they need anything you do handle, the referral goes back your direction.

Are you going to poach my client?

No. I only work the piece you send me, the state, or the program that was the actual gap. Everything else, including their next transaction, stays yours.

How do I know you're legit?

What if I want updates along the way?

You'll get them without asking, pre-approval, appraisal, clear-to-close, or as often as you'd like.

Is there money in it for me?

To be honest, any compensation between loan officers has to clear RESPA and compliance review first, so I won't promise something here that might not hold up. What I can promise is that your client comes back to you, and long-term, that's worth more than a one-time check.

Do I need to stay looped in the whole time?

Only as much as you want. Some LOs want a play-by-play, some just want the "it closed" text. Tell me which one you are, and that's what you'll get.
